Pre-Water Fast

Tomorrow, I'll be starting my first 30 day water fast. I've gone on shorter fasts in the past, but this time I'm going the whole 9 yards.

Plan:
  • Drink LOTS of water. 
  • Learn breathing exercises to cope with side effects of fast. 
  • Put all of my excess energy into writing and blogging
  • Do light pilates daily. 
WHY??
  • More self control
  • Weight loss
  • Better skin
  • Detoxification 
  • Confidence
