Pre-Water Fast
Tomorrow, I'll be starting my first 30 day water fast. I've gone on shorter fasts in the past, but this time I'm going the whole 9 yards.
Plan:
Drink LOTS of water.
Learn breathing exercises to cope with side effects of fast.
Put all of my excess energy into writing and blogging
Do light pilates daily.
WHY??
More self control
Weight loss
Better skin
Detoxification
Confidence
So wish me luck! I'll report back daily.
